After many long months of tireless work IOTA’s IT Team has launched the new system software on www.iota-world.org. The most significant development is the implementation of paperless QSLing through QSO matching with logs on Club Log. Although a test run of this part had been available to the IOTA community on the existing IOTA system since July 2016, it has come as an enriching experience to see it integrated on the new system. A team has been working all hours to add operations that are valid for IOTA so that matching can take place and credits given. A huge vote of thanks goes to the IT Team and particularly to Johan Willemsen PA3EXX for developing the system and seeing it through to completion. Thanks are also due to the system testers Hans-Georg Goebel DK1RV, Rob Banfield DM1CM, Alan Pickup G3XLF, Tony Ritchie G4VMX, Mauro and Valeria Pregliasco I1JQJ/IK1ADH, Jim Nakajima JA9IFF and Bob Barden MD0CCE and translators Hans-Georg Goebel DK1RV, Tony de Armas EA8AKN, Jean-Louis Brière-Lecomte F5TJC, Valeria Pregliasco IK1ADH, Jim Nakajima JA9IFF and Andy Novikov RZ3EM.
